Change of email subscription provider

One of the few things I decided to do when I started the make-over of Tweaked for your Pleasure is to sort out everything to use one system where possible. So today I have made the next change although this post will piss a few people off. These changes involve the email subscription and moving away from FeedBurner to the one provided at WordPress.com.

The provider itself means little to you lot but what does this mean to you?

Well, the first thing is you will need to re-sign up for email subscriptions which you will be able to find on the side of any articles on Tweaked for your Pleasure such as this one. While you will not need a WordPress.com user account to sign up for email updates, if you do sign up you will be able to control your subscription emails by stopping them, changing your email and so for and you also are then able to log into this website to comment much like the old usernames in the past.

Beyond that having to re-sign up for the email subscriptions that nothing changes. I would import the old subscriptions over but WordPress.com does not seem to allow me to import an old list.

For now, the old email subscriptions will run for a while but I recommend you to sign up for the new emails in the coming weeks else you will lose out on new updates when I decide to finally turn the old ones off.
