When it comes to films and games revisiting an old world with its history and myths is always far cheaper and easy to do then make up a completely new one – this is why Square Enix created Fabula Nova Crystallis. Now there no problem re-visiting and re-using old ideas but you do not have to keep ending every single game and film with a cliffhanger or setting it up for a sequel when by itself it would have done just fine but welcome to milking things. When people start a blog, Lets Play or whatever they normally start doing so because they enjoy it and not start simply for the sake of profit and if you are lucky people will notice what you do and join you with what you are enjoying doing. If you are unlucky then you either carry on doing it because you enjoy it or give up and move to something else.
Over time you will start to get better and better (only have to look at Tweaked for your Pleasure’s archive) and with this you will aim to become better and better. This could mean a better writer, editor, gamer and what not but regardless you will aim to improve on it and this is what will define you.
I am sure as a reader you have either watched Playing Games with Snat, heard about it or have found this link via Google as you are doing your own Lets Play or having problems overlaying audio with footage.
If you are having this problem then carry on reading and if not, why are you here?
The main problem most people have (and the same one I did) is assuming that the audio is recorded as a fix length of time – aka if you recorded 30 minutes of gaming footage and 30 minutes of commentary that it will overlay without any problems. This is not exactly true as I have discovered sampling is what really matters and then secondly making sure audio is recorded without any skips.

If I was you I would be thinking “What the hell!?, is that private?†but that is exactly what is happening today in the United Kingdom and that is a game we like to call – “The Postcode Lottery”.
The review has been updated based on the United Kingdom’s release of Final Fantasy XIII-2. I am sure anyone that has a brain and who reads Tweaked for your Pleasure would have worked out I would end up doing a Final Fantasy XIII-2 review and with the power of importing, here is the review. The game is based after the events of what happened in Final Fantasy XIII so if you have not completed that, complete it first as it will make sense.
Game play wise, it does play much like Final Fantasy XIII but and I will repeat this once, does not feel the same and unlike Final Fantasy X-2 and Final Fantasy IV: The After Years etc this game actually feels like it is a game on its own and can stand against the game before it. Continue reading
