Picture walking down the high street and look on the left-hand side and what do you see? Do you see a fish and chip shop that servers wonderful chips that always seem to be lovely? Now look to your right and what do you see? Do you see a place that sells fried chicken? Maybe KFC or somewhere that sells that weird SFC stuff?
Either one that you are picturing you may notice something – why the heck do both of them serve shitty versions of the other. I can not speak for everywhere but I know the local fish and chip shop nearby sells some weird chicken that seems to have been boiled and from what I see this is quite common across the United Kingdom and yet on the other side every fried chicken place I have gone to either serves “fries”, some weird horrible chips, or heck none at all.
Earning money passively is always a good thing and while there are many sources of a passive income most have a high barrier of entry to the point if you are able to buy into that income you likely do not need it anyway.
Honeygain is a passive earner that you can install on your computer or mobile (no virtual machines or datacentres however which is something I will touch on later) with the idea that it uses your Internet connection to download and upload which in exchange they credit your account.
This is the first of many essays about different topics I will be writing about. While I enjoy ranting on Tweaked for your Pleasure, I also do enjoy just writing about stuff and with this I am going to split my time between them.
Transport is one of the most vital things for anyone in our modern world as it gets us to places of employment, education, social hangouts and much more but to myself one of the best reasons for transport is recreation and with this in mind I am going to write about my favourite method of transport – riding a bicycle.
Many years ago beyond a number I do not wish to count, I learned how to ride a bicycle with my oldest sister. I still remember the massive park where I was riding my first blue / yellow coloured scheme bike and I still remember smashing between the two slits on the park’s fence which enforced just how important wearing a helmet is.
No one that reads Tweaked for your Pleasure would deny that I am terrible when it comes to proofreading anything I write in Engish but when saying “lol” to everything come back into fashion and more importantly why are people using them in the age of emojis?
Is it just me that find saying the following examples insanely annoying to the point that I don’t want to carry on a conversation anymore?
It will not be of any surprise to people that I enjoy KFC and although I will not go out of my way to get it, should I be passing by it that it is quite often I will pop in to have something. For those that may not know KFC is a fried chicken fast food takeaway and like many other takeaways quite often you will find they have new things on the menu, special deals etc, and like every single other takeaway, these menus are placed right behind the person or next to the till.
Across the United Kingdom, it is being reported that many vegan restaurants are now closing down due to a lack of business due to a lack of vegans but it isn’t anything to do with that – its to do with cost.
While I myself am not vegan, I find most restaurants and takeaways offers a vegan or vegetarian offers – heck even KFC offers such an option and if you tried out their new burger it is actually quite nice for what it is.
It is for this reason why I believe that beyond the ethical reason some may have for not eating at a place that cooks animals, I find it very hard to understand why people will go to a meat-free location and spend £20 on the same thing they would get for a fiver elsewhere.
