Can you use cure, mummy?

Or don't get hit next time?
Or don’t get hit next time?

With Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn released just a short while ago, I have somewhat got back into playing a massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) on a casual scale and as per normal I pick a healer as I prefer them over the others.

After playing the first few dungeons with little no problems and making a few in-game friends within the nice community that the Moogle server has to offer – I started to pick up again something that I learned in Final Fantasy XI: that the healer seems to be the “mother” of the overall group.

Losing sight

When people start a blog, Let’s Play or whatever they normally start doing so because they enjoy it and not start simply for the sake of profit if you are lucky people will notice what you do and join you with what you are enjoying doing. If you are unlucky then you either carry on doing it because you enjoy it or give up and move to something else.

Over time you will start to get better and better (only have to look at Tweaked for your Pleasure’s archive) and with this, you will aim to become better and better. This could mean a better writer, editor, gamer and whatnot but regardless you will aim to improve on it and this is what will define you.

So the first thing you got to remember is to find a place to stay. Remember the most important thing to find is to get access to the World Wide Web so you can post online that you survived. The second thing is to want to make sure you take as many photos as you can of any weapons, or any food caches you have online so people know it is safe to come to you.

Comments are a pointless relic

Does anyone even care?
Does anyone even care?

As one of the millions of bloggers I have always wished for people to comment and get involved in a discussion but like a few other bloggers the discussion that relates to the things I write about is being discussed on another website and not my own and again like other bloggers I have tried to get them involved on here.

The more I think about this the more I come to the understanding that comments on most blogs are pointless for a few reasons. The first is simple – most people when they create a blog they are expecting to create a community where people will discuss the subject. That is fine for some blogs but on a blog like mine people visit to enjoy the content and then go on about their lives and if they enjoyed the content then more often than not they will post it on a forum somewhere they often visit and discuss it with “like-minded people” to them.
