Corporation’s approved Internet

As you may know in the United States right now, corporations are currently fighting for the legal right to be able to censor the Internet at the DNS level for whatever reason they want to make up and regardless of what you think – it is a real threat not only in the United States but Europe as well.

Imagine loading up YouTube so that you can watch some new videos from your favourite puppet singer only to find out that the person has been sent to prison, the site the owner had deleted all because a corporation lawyer saw the video and decided they did not like it that they could get it to shut down. This is the future the United States is rapidly heading too and if it passes, expect it to fly right into the European Union “because it is the right thing to do”.

For the last 8 years, I have hosted this very website on so many websites that if Tweaked for your Pleasure was a whore it would have too many sexually transmitted diseases and likely would be laying on the floor dying while trying to pass on its last breath. Picking the right web host is very important as your website WILL depend purely on how good your web host is.

All the time I wished I could blame Canada

There are many times I wish I could just blame Canada for many of the issues that happen. Lately, many parts of Snat.co.uk has been a target of DDOS attacks and it always seems to start in Canada.

Also, I got an order for a product that I was selling and someone brought it however the person ended up being a scammer (Asking PayPal to refund, then trying to get me to refund it as well “outside of PayPal”) and the details that were recorded was that the person came from Canada.

Now, that aside and that Canada is a nice place (Or so I hear, still don’t wanna go there 😉 ) but after this, I decided that enough was enough so I decided to look into many ways to block different countries (Not Canada) but other very high-risk places like Iran so I decided to have a look into some solutions and I have found three ways that work the best.
