I wanted to spend some time to introduce myself properly. This new year (2010) will see me contributing regular articles on Matthew’s website in collaboration with my website Wrights Productions. As you may have noticed, Tweaked for your Pleasure went offline for 2-3 days. The reason for this is due to the server it is hosted on.

Now, I won’t get into what exactly happened but the hard drive failed on the server and the server crashed. The hard drive was mirrored and then stored remotely off site.

Now, it should have simply be a replace the hard drive, re-installed the operating system and then restore the backups. Sadly, that didn’t happen as planned.  Read more... (137 words, estimated 33 secs reading time)
