Now, we are going to try something. I got the idea from an MSN chat with Ricko (no surprise there). The idea is simple, we are going to play a simple RPG game in which you decide the outcome. The idea is simple. I will post the story and at parts, you will have the choice to say what happens. All you do is post what to do as a comment and the best three is made into a poll and then added to this post and naturally another choice will be made. Here we go.

Pay to be a Criminal

It is amazing that in our modern times that more and more companies are trying to stop people from copying their games and software and yes that is totally fine and I support them with that but when is it time to say enough is enough and just start focusing on actually making good games again.

You may have heard of DRM (digital rights management) which basically finds a way to stop the game from being copied. Originally we had CD keys, having to sign up online and so fore but once again one company has went a step even further – Ubisoft.

Snat’s Top Five Games

January 29th, 2010 Snat Posted in Gaming 11 Comments »

And here we are again as promised in Snat’s Top Five Movies. Now I aren’t really much of a gamer but I have owned a few gaming consoles during my time and of course, I have liked certain games over others and as promised that I am going to list them below.

So, let’s start first at number five and work our way down.

#5 – Final Fantasy IX

Final Fantasy IX originally released on the PlayStation console and just like the other Final Fantasy games that it starts with quite a simple plot which then expends into a quite complex plot.FFIX-logo

Shittest Game known to man

January 27th, 2010 Snat Posted in Gaming 13 Comments »

As you may or may not know, the next Tweaked for your Viewing Pleasure video isn’t related to video games which may or may not annoy some of it’s viewers but anyway whom cares.

So, I am going to do a quick article on what I believe is the worst game that has ever existed and that game I believe was the worst game to have ever existed. The game I am going to be giving a little review on was seen by both critics and video gaming enthusiasts have being very rushed, undeveloped and one of the biggest commercial fuckups in video gaming history and yes, I am talking about the ET the Extra-Terrestrial for Atari 2600.ET

Chintendo Vii – China at it once again

December 20th, 2009 Snat Posted in Gaming, Laughing at Life, Useless Crap 4 Comments »

You have to love one thing about China – They are always able to make a knock of product so fast and actually make it sound like they was the first to make it. Of course, I am taking about the Chintendo Vii.

The Chintendo Vii was released in the the year 2007 and came out with a few games and while I am not going to do a review on it (look in the comments, there will be a review video there from Dr. Stuart Ashens (if you are a fan of his, you would have seen this review already and for those you ain’t, you will notice the format my videos “stolen” from) but what this article is about is how cheesy the Chinese are with their adverts. Now, I leave you with this (and yes, in the new year I will be updating Tweaked for your Pleasure often again with randomness that you enjoy).

Old becomes the New

In the world today, we see many things around us that appear to be brand new when most of the time they are from the past. Has the intelligence for brand new ideas died or is it because we as human beings prefer things we are familiar with rather than new concepts?
